Advisor – based on what we know and see for the indefinite future, if I was in your shoes, this is what I would do;

Advocate – come alongside the policyholder to represent the insured and make every effort to open a claim against a long term care insurance policy, help provide all information required to get reimbursed once services start;

Educator – inform policy holder and family exactly what their policy offers, connect with resources that are needed that they may not be aware of;

Manager – oversee daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual information. We are the Coach for your policy “team”. From the daily care notes and how those are documented and returned back, getting the policy approved, to keeping a consistent flow of reimbursement once the policy reimburses for services.
